Please submit your service record: I've gained my Rear Admiral rank primarily through PvE. I've recently done a re-spec, in order to maximize the effectiveness of my playing style. I have yet to complete many of the end games.

OOC: This is the first mmo that I've reached endgame (I normally spend most of my time rolling new toons rather than topping out a main), and I am finding it rather boring, I hope that joining a fleet will spice things up a bit. Or at least find teammates that won't bail when the going gets tough. I'm on Central Time, but my schedule is chaotic, so you may see me at any odd hour.
My experience in fleets/guilds is limited.
I didn't see Firefly until after it was canceled, but I've since watched the entire series at least twice. I got hooked on Star Trek with the TNG and the first movies.

Greetings, my name is Meithar Tarshear and I have come to apply to the Firefly Fleet. I am a Joined Trill Tactical Officer, currently in command of the Heavy Escort ship, Wolf Fang. Most who get to know me just call me by my nickname of Wolf.

I mostly play this game casually and in the mornings during the week day and am looking for a good group of people to hang out and enjoy the game with. I loved the Firefly show and movie and would love to hang with others who were fans. I have RP'd in the past, but prob wont be doing much of that in STO. I also have a science and engineer toon, both just in the Lt Com stage (I suffer from altitus in every mmo I have played.)
I have a lifetime sub to STO as well as a lifetime in Lotro and I currently play Age of Conan on the weekends. I have played WoW, Eve, Tabula Rasa, COH/COV, Champions, EQ2, Matrix Online and Warhammer as well in the past.

Here's where I'm a bit confused. I'm REALLY new to this, so I don't know quite what you mean. I have always loved Star Trek (in all it's incarnations, including Enterprise), and I'm a Browncoat through and through (even in real life, in the sense that I really think the government could stand to stay out of our lives). When I heard about your fleet I thought it sounded really cool and I'd like to try it out. But as to what postion to fill, I don't even know. I've never role played online before, (never even played a MMO before), but I'd like to learn.
As for gaming experience, I've got tons of it offline. The entire Elder Scrolls series, Knights of the Old Republic, Star Fleet Command, lots of other role playing games. When I first heard that they were making a Star Trek MMO I thought "Finally, an environment that would allow for the actual flavor of the Star Trek universe to shine though, instead of a space combat game with Trek costumes."
In real life I'm a total nerd. Like SF & Fantasy books, movies and TV, as well as spy stuff/political intrigue. I'm easy going and just want to find some like minded people to talk about geek stuff with. Hope you pick me!

Summarized Biography:
Born Human to parents Joeseph and Natanya Karezenski of Vidolsk, Russia, on Earth in 2378. Graduated the University of Moscow at 19 within the top 5% of his Engineering Class. It should be noted that of the graduating 114 students, 24 were killed in work-related accidents along-side multiple injuries sustained (Vayren himself included), setting a record in the schools history.
Enlisted in the Starfleet Academy 2299, excelling in the Engineering Corps, specializing in energy systems and manipulation. Built a stun-phase turret from scratch as a senior project, which in turn targeted every Human (himself, Captain Murphy, and Admiral Centuro included) and "administered a painful slap at groin level." Non-Humans were left unharmed.
In 2401, serving aboard the U.S.S. Harbinger, a medical emergency involving the Trill Darius Neyon occured. Due to being already in med-hold from a battle-related injury, was asked to become host to the Trill symbiote. The symbiote bonded successfully and (with many thanks from the Engineering team) "fixed his problem" of work-related injuries and mis-haps, but not without new side-effects; he won't stop working. New warp coil directional manifolds, dilithium chamber pressurizers, phase-array conduction grids... The list goes on.
In current (2409) he was battle-commissioned to the rank of Lieutenant and given the U.S.S. Bore, a near-museum piece of a ship, under orders from Admiral Quinn.

Well, I always hate writin' these; always seem to forget somethin'. I'm a sci-fi nerd, through and through. Loved Firefly and saw Serenity in theaters at Midnight. Star Trek may have been my first love, but damnit I'm a sci-fi polygamist and I love Firefly too! XD

used to be a Liquidator but saw more profit in Starfleet i know it
doesn't make sense at first but that's what all of the other Ferengi
said but remember Rule of Acquisition 74 Knowledge equals profit and of
course Rule of Acquisition 34 War is good for business and of course the
biggest reason i joined was because no one ever expects a Starfleet
officer to try and steel every precious piece of beautiful Gold pressed
Latinum from them. i am rather brave for a Ferengi taking risks and
putting myself in extreme danger but only when profit is at stake but
lucky for me Starfleet is rather blind to my true intentions and thinks
that i am doing it for the sake of the Federation and to save the lives
of its citizens, which in a way is true i am putting myself at risk to
save its citizens but only to rob them blind for the most revered of all
things PROFIT

Acquisition 194 says "It's always good to know about new customers
before they walk in your door" so here is some info about Ex Liquidator
Brunt (although he still has his FCA Liquidator license) His ship the
U.S.S. Divine Treasury is an old Constitution class Star ship and has
been with him forever he bought it off an old Irish fella he met at a
pub on Argellius II. As much as he loves his ship he is going to trade
it in for an Excelsior as soon as he gets a chance do to the act that it
has more cargo room for his hard earned (and well protected profit. As
you can imagine his PERFECTLY LEGAL ways of taking peoples objects of
value have made him some... lets just call them "friends".. well rather
violent and vengeful "friends" so Brunt is rather suspicious of any one
too friendly especially and i cant stress this enough Orion women, its a
long story and you can probably guess why but lets just say that's the
closest any one has ever gotten to his vault and that's including
family.

ME: well i like sci-fi Star Trek(obviously), Star Wars, Firefly. I'm open minded about stuff and i don't think i have ever clashed or "RAGED" in any chat channel or vent. i like to RP but not to the point where it hampers gaming such as in pvp. you can either send me an email through this site or the fastest way would be sending me a tell in game @BarryManilow

I don't want to seem impatient but how long does this normally take, no one has posted for a couple of days and i want to know if 1.the fleet is dieing (which i hate to admit but has happened to a couple of fleets i have been in) 2. is there just no one on at the moment such as every one high ranking is out on "vacation" or something?
