Apparently I can't train my bridge officer with that skill because I'm an engineer. Is there anyone who can train that skill willing to train it on one of my officers?

not sure if i have the skill i'll look when i play next but what you have to do when you fine some one that dose take all equipment off the BO and that person need a empty slot then you trade the BO they can train in and they trade i back but they need to have nothing on them and they need an open slot at the time they can't trade you one back for a slot i has to be their before the trade iv done this before with other skills

Also, do you have a free bridge officer slot? Apparently you need one to be able to trade it over to be able to train them.

Thanks a million!! I now am getting first place consistently on starbase 24 and gorn minefield 
I can only imagine how much better my ship will be after I get elite gear. I still have nothing to improve turn speed. Currently planning to get 2 neutronium plus turn and one RCS plus all resist. I am using a universal con in my 4 eng slot.

I picked up 2 RCS mk XI, for my Rommie D'D, but am happy with just one equipped. I still have that spare in my bank, it's yours if you want it for 5,000 EC (cost of recycling plus smidge profit from that).
