My first time in space was aboard a cruise liner, after that I volunteered to join a freighter crew as we delivered valuable farming goods to fringe colonies. I did this for several years rising through the ranks when we received a distress call from a world we normally did not deal with. When we got there it was to late the Borg had destroyed or assimilated the entire world. When we returned to earth I immediately enlisted in Starfleet. My first position was as a Security officer aboard the Tatiana a Miranda class Starship. Starfleet had been pulling many of its old ships out of retirement and refitting them to serve on the front lines of War with the Borg. The Tatiana would quickly become known as "ole bad luck" the ship would encounter massive problems that would force her to repeatedly head back to the Jupiter ship yards for repairs. Anxious for action during a long down time I requested and received a transfer to the Georgia an Akira class Starship who was heading out with a battlegroup to hunt the borg. The Georgia encountered a single borg ship six months later, the other six ships in the battle group were decimated before the Georgia even fired off her first volley of torpedoes. The Georgia was boarded and manged to warp away from the battle site. I along with a eight man security detail were able to repel the borg on board. When the Georgia dropped out of warp we discovered that the Georgia's bridge had been breached and all members of the command staff were dead. With the remaining officers either dead, dying or incapacitated I along with a ragtag crew piloted what was left of the Georgia home. I was decorated by Starfleet and given a field commission to Ensign. The Georgia was repaired and re-crewed and set out yet again but this time with me as her helmsman. Over time I was promoted and served as her ops officer, tactical officer and finally as her executive officer. We had seen many battles by this time and lost many good friends. When the Georgia was called back to Jupiter station for an overhaul and refit I was promoted from Commander to Captain and was given command of the Kalasnakov a Constellation class. The Kalasnakov had a rich history and although she squeaked and groaned and had many problems I fell in love with her instantly. The orignal purpose of the Kalanakov was that of Search and Rescue. However Starfleet had other ideas in mind for my old Starship and I was given command of a battlegroup. After only three months we encountered two borg vessels. We contacted Starfleet who ordered me to observe the borg vessel until support could arrive. I disobeyed the order and attacked the ships we quickly disabled one of the two craft however I let my emotions get the better of me and misjudged the strength of the remaining borg craft. The result was devastating and all eight ships were destroyed or damaged I was forced to abandon the Kalasnakov. When we returned home I was arrested and tried after a short trial the Judge advocate general (JAG) managed to work out a court martial for me leading to my demotion to the rank of Lieutenant Junior grade. I served as commander of the maintenance crew aboard deep space twelve until I was transfered to Serenith station were I await assignment.

You know I have lived on the station for months now and besides that time that I wandered into Baumers room and uhhh...tripped, yeah thats it. I have no idea where your office is, if someone could direct me I would greatly appreciate it.
