Withdrawing from the Fleet Bank account.... a policy question

Greetings unto the fleet in general and the Admiralty specifically.

I've been depositing minor stuff (such as a metric tonload of data samples, thanks to Dyson) lately, but I'm interested in getting a Galor and would like to pull a few Cardassian Lockboxes as I get the keys purchased.  What is the official policy?  I see the withdraw limits on the site, but don't want to run afoul of fleet rules or abuse the system.

As an aside, anyone have a better idea on how to get a Galor?

The lock boxes I think are up grabs the only stuff you have to ask for is the things in the vault. How much do they have a Galor for in the market?

Thanks all. So far no Galor, but a bunch of Doffs and a few 100xp bonuses I dumped in the vault.

That reminds me, what exactly is the difference between the vault and the other tabs again? And why is the first tab marked with an EC sign - does it cost us EC to withdraw items from that one, or something? What does that sum of EC mentioned in the fleet bank window mean, in any case - can we withdraw EC from it? There doesn't seem to be much about fleet systems in STOWiki or I'd have looked.

thats EC that the fleet has most ranks can not pull EC but iff you really need it the help ask a leader and they can make the call con pulling out EC for something usually we use it to buy thing for fleet projects. the vault is a restited tab that only high ranks can pull from where we put more excpeincive or rare things but the the tabs should be open to ensign and above. if you need things their ther for the fleet to use but remeber we are here to help and share if you need some thign in thier take it but when you can put things other might need back in. like the song the circle of life says "but all are agreed if you join the stampede never take more then you give"

That's good - then I know not to put general oddments, lockboxes and so on, into the vault where people can't get at them. I don't take much from the bank usually, just the occasional data sample when I find I'm missing one I need, and I put in anything useful-looking that I don't want myself. We seem to do pretty well don't we?

I have lots of lock boxes, i think i have 20-40 cardassian ones, but ill have to double check. if still interested.. i know this is a bit older thread

thanks Ryukotsu. so far I'm opening a box so infrequently I don't mind buying them on the exchange. I'm learning to appreciate the ships I have (already a fleet version of Tac, Eng and Sci) so my desire for a Galor is muted somewhat. Now I want a mobius. Go figure.

you know it would be cool if sto had a loan feture, you could loan a ship to a feet mate for a few hours, id let you try my mobius lol. if your interested in some of the details on things i learned from having the mobius that i thouhgt would have been diffrent pm me ill be happy to share some info with you.

Loans would be awesome, or better yet a fleet "ship bank" where one could loan out a ship for 24 hours or for a fleet action. Yet more stuff that needs to happen.

yep sadly i doubt sto would do so because then less people would buy disappointing ships lol.
