My fave was Deep Space Nine. The show was awesome, had good characters and some good story lines. But of course, the show got oodles better when Worf showed up. It also had the second best battle scenes of television shows. Good all round series. Mind you, Enterprise came a real close second. Oh! Of course, Garak was awesome. I loved his character and also loved when Rom went from being the ship clown to being someone special.... AWESOME!

DS9 was the best. Garak was awesome.
"I've only told you the truth."
"What about the lies?"
"Especially the lies."
Plus Ds9 had the most and hottest women on the show, that always adds points.

Yea I Hated they did that but that also helped make it so good. Even a main star could get killed. So a lot of the times you were on edge wondering who will die next.

I have to go with TNG - great characters, and the spirit of exploration stayed with the show from beginning to end. I grew up with it, so I guess it also has a wee bit of extra sentimental value.
TOS comes as a close second, the Characters were very distinct, and there were some great lines of dialogue, even if it was a bit campy. Also, the series had Scotty, which really is pure win in the engineering department.
Close on the heels though is DS9 - it was a different breed of Trek, but added some much needed grit, and the Dominion War storyline really reeled me in.

Making this kind of choice is a difficult one (and not only due to my very sexy learning disorder).
TNG set the pace for the others and when it came out, my parents were getting divorced and it gave a very young Zapp an outlet from his substandard reality.
DS9 pulled off a very Casablanca feeling that Trek had never seen before and was our first glimpse into what it was like for other Starfleet personnel outside of an Enterprise enviornment.
Voyager took everything back to the basics of a smaller ship out in the black all alone and trying to make it. And it had Annika "7 of 9" Hansen to please those of us who support "Brannigan's Law".
TOS cannot be left out since it was the beginning of all we know and hold dear.
Even Enterprise, the great failed experiment, had its moments that made it worth adding to the library. (and they learned the 7 of 9 formula and gave us the very sensual T'Pol too!).
I am going to call it all one, big wonderful story and leave it be. All too delicious if you ask me!

Dax died? NOOOOO!! I'm still at the fourth series. I would say Voyager is my favorite, and then DS9 I think.
Voyager was the first star trek series I had watched, and the most interesting/mysterious, becuese/becouse/beceuse/because, A! got it, it took place in the Delta quadrant, also because I was so fond of the Borg, hehe can't get enough of them.

I think I voted TOS because I am beginning to watch those online now. I can't describe how great all these shows are and how they haven't lost the feeling you get when watching them. Also, I love the DS9 episode where they go back to TOS. Very funny.

I liked TNG, going out there and always talking their way out of trouble.
DS9 the broken down space station with more of a peacekeeping mission ,with of course the Defiant and the dominion war at the end.
Loved the Dax character, I like the DS9 trill better then the TNG trill
Voyager was good with the Borg and the Delta flyer
I just liked all the series, they all have somethings to like and somethings that were a less
