DS9 was the best from season 3 and On. Still trying get all the seasons on DVD.
One thing that was a miss a lot of time during the wars was the Shields. WTH happen to the shields?

Its the only Star Trek series that I still have to pay full price, all the others have been reduced. But it is the only one that I still miss the most.

it's more in demand then any of the others so that's why the price is still high. I think a lot more production cost went into DS9 then the others also.

they had sheilds, when you saw DS9 getting hit the only shields were around the ops. As for the ships when they were hit if it looked like they suffered no damage then the shields worked, otherwise they become one with the verse. Its a harder look at ship battle then TNG.
