Xyferra looks at Stravik and reaches to shake hands "We have a deal." She takes another swig and lays down a tip for the talaxian. She let's out a subtle sigh and regains posture. "Thank you, captain, for the inebriate."


OOC: Sorry that was just such a typical woman response I just had to haha. (referring to the counseling session comment). Guess no matter what species you are the typical woman is still... typical.

Ooc: The way I see it there is no such thing as the typical woman. Anyway everyone puts a little of themselves in each character they play. So roll with it and DON'T OVER THINK it ,just let it flow.

OOC: Equality is all very well, but typical woman responses are something that our species (OK half of our species) spent thousands of years honing to their present artistic perfection, it would be a pity to let them die out now.

Seleana gets her dinnk and strats to head to a window seat the glow of the badlands shining in the bar. Lynches gaze follow her for a sec with a look of distaste before turning back to the general. Selena seems unaware of the look at first but at the exate moment as if she had eyes in the back of her head she looks back at lynch before continuing to her seat where a young man joins here and they seem to be having a pleasant chat.

Lynch(in a black dress): so general, how goes the war we keep hearing about?

A whirlwind of emotion goes through her quickly. She continues to walk up to where the other cadet is. As she walks closer she overhears the conversation the two are having. Walking up to Stravik and hold out her PADD. "Cadet Imaj (Emoge) OceansFire ,Sir. Cadet Xyferra," she nodes at the cadet. As she stands waiting she glances around at all the activity going on knowing she will not be at idle for very long.

He smiles at Xyferra as he shakes her hand "fair enough" he turns to face the new cadet he takes the PaDD from her and looks it over "hmmm a Betazoid-Klingon" he looks at Imaj "says here you spent a lot of time on the klingon homeworld. Have you trained with the Klingon Defense Force?"

Stravik turns to look back at the woman sitting two stool down from "um depends on who is asking" he looks her over and tries to place the face "and you might be?"

Sam appears in front of the Second Chance he looks around the room smiling. The warning system on the heads up display in his visor indicates that the woman in the black dress is a section 31 agent and is on the ol’man’s shit list. Walking in further same waves at Stravik and then his smile goes from friendly that of a predator.  Everyone sees a  6’3” dark skinned human male, you can’t see his eyes  due to the visor he is wearing (looks Human) he is wearing the armored odyssey  uniform the Grey strip across the chest  indicates he is part of the Intel branch . Sam’s predatory gaze lock in on the Agent he quickly reads the file on her as he walks to the bar. His inner voice scream oh shit I can’t believe the She and the Ol’Man went at it that hard, knowing Pyriel’s past Sam is surprised this 31 agent is still alive. Sam sidles up to the bar and sits in the chair next to Lynch.  He turns his head and looks to Stravik and winks then looks back at Lynch. Sam uses the interface in his visor to send a message to Stravik’s personal PADD that this woman is Section 31.

Sam: General why do you get to hog all the pretty young ladies. Hi beautiful what’s your name?

Stravik glares at Sam "Oh look Mister Romeo is here" he snickers "What's new Sam?" just as he begins to turn his attention back to the young lady on the other side of Sam his PaDD beeps. "Ah must be the updated reports from Nukara I have been waiting on "He looks down at the PaDD to read what on it and then punches a few keys on it sliding it back into his belt "Sam these reports that just came in might interest you as well as my Company Commanders" he pauses for a second hoping he sees the response he sent back "Apprehend or Intel matter?"

While Sam waited for Lynch's answer he sent back in text that it's a intel matter but if the old man sees her that might change.

lynch: it was nice you meet you general butt it looks like my dance card is full. you can call me Anisoara May, (she think back to her time here and guess this this is sams first time meeting her. Same is an intel agent and no stanger to time travel in the days to come she did not have to be as careful about her ture name with him but the others where still here).

a voice in her head (jarvin) one of the hologram partners she has his thou she was not armed the Cloaked intel pad form 2700 was still on her left arm and her neckless was secretly a mobile emitter if she need back up.

Jarvin: im detecting transmission from sams Intel device but they are encoded he also download station records as he entered.

She listen to jarvin counsel but could not respond with out her own visor. It was a good bet that sam already knew who she was. the question was what was he going to do about it? call pyriel or securtiy or just deal with it himself. Well jarvin would know if security was called but not if he contact pyreil. but even if he did thats why she was here.

Lynch: So tell me romeo how do you treat a lady?

Officially Starfleet intel agent assigned to Keep watch on front lines or form sources hostile to the federation her office assign in to infultrat crime groups in the alfa quatrent and file reports on any thing that she lerneds that could threaten the federation. she was recurtied at the age of 23 after liveing and working on an rim planent her acadamy training was bypassed because of her skills. (though this is a lie a cover she created when she jioned at 23) from here her rougish ways and clean skills she was recutied into sec31 though that not in the file your intel could pick it up. and she worked off and on for them. i don't know if your would know thsi but if you go back far enough around 40 years ago their is recort of Corina lynch born on the enterpize D mother killed in the past when it followed the borg back for frist contact short ley after father left startfleet and 7 years layer 16 year old lynch when to the acadamy after graduating was assing to the uss Raven with 5 other recuits but the shuttle never arived warp trail showed it hit an anmoly and blew up she listed as desessed and because of the war never had much man power to investigate.

Sam: Sam smiles you can’t tell if he is amused or not. Depends on the lady’s intentions because I have “31” problems and I just don’t want any more. So are we friends or are going to have to revisit the last time you were here. I really don’t want to bother the Old Man right now he is really not in the best of moods sense loosing his best friend.

Stravik moves off his stool and positions his uniform in what would be called the "Picard Manuever" and walks closer to the conversation setting himself slightly between Lynch and Sam but to the side forming a sort of triangle between the three of them. He looks back at both cadets with the stay where you are look and then turns his attention back to Lynch intent on her answer.

Lynch: clever romeo, but I'm past "31" i hope you like older lady's though iv claimed the age before when it suits me time is such a subjective think but a skill women makes it work for them. as the old man goes lest just see how the first date goes before i meet the family. iv had troubles relationships in the past but you learn form the experience of youth. I'm not trouble young mare but i still know how to tango.

It had taken Lamart some time to go through docking procedures. After all it had been his very first time on the station, a registration process of sorts had to be done. But now the U.S.S. Mantikor was securely docked and he had the time to take care of the official things, like introducing himself to his new fleet comrades.

It was kind of odd, he was ranked a Fleet Admiral in Starfleet, yet here on this station for this fleet he was just a Cadet. Everybody has to start somewhere, but he would be lying if he said it would not be weird for him.

In the end it had been his decision to join the fleet. He could have just stayed as he was an independent diplomat. But there was so much more he could achieve in a group. He just had to fight his pride and suck it up. Nothing would change about his rank in Starfleet after all.

After entering the room, his eyes scanned it thoughtfully. He had done some research, got to know faces and histories, all that was in the Federation Database. So it took him only a moment to recognize the people, who would be flying on missions with him.

Lamart would approach the group of them holding a PADD containing all that was to be known about him. When he came to a stop he uppered his voice: "I'm Captain Lamart Movak from the U.S.S. Mantikor. Who do I give this to?", he then hold up the PADD, nodding to the people around him as a greeting.

Stravik turned his attention to the new arrival. He points at the stool he had been sitting on "Have a seat Cadet I will be with you in just a moment" he turns his attention back towards the conversation awaiting Sam's response.

Lamart nodded at the offer of the seat, taking the PADD back under his arm again, before moving over to the empty seat he had been offered. He didn't say much yet. It was not that he was reserved, but he didn't know what to say yet.

As he sat down he put the PADD down as well, falling into thoughts of his father. These were the Badlands after all, it wouldn't surprise Lamart if he knew exactly where he was. The True Way had excellent spies after all, you couldn't deny that.

Sam smiles, glad you can but I really don’t feel like dancing right now; but I do think it’s time for the kids to go to bed don’t you think General Stravik ? Sam looks back at the cadets then back to Stravik. I think the Adults need to talk.

Stravik grumbles slightly "yes there is paperwork to do" he looks back at the cadets and then reaches for his own PaDD "Let's go cadets time for you to complete in-processing I'm sure you could all use some sleep" he punches something into his PaDD that Alerts his Attache to report to ops and then looks back at Sam "You know how to reach me" with that he turns to head towards the door.

(OOC) ALL CADETS ARE TO REPORT TO OPS FOR ASSIGNMENT AND INITIAL EVALUATION

She listens to the conversation going on around her. She catches the short hand as it goes on. She Moves away from the bar as she notices the General moves away. Ops. Her Heart quickens as the thrill of a fight is just what she needs after all, she has been with out a fight with all this traveling.

The pretty blond girl in the white Diplomatic core uniform with the young engineer flirting with her. she excuse her self form her the young man and crosses back to the bar.

(comeing up to Lamart)
Selena: your Lamart right? the new cardassian leizion?  Im selena I worked alot with the cardassian government for Serenity station Diplomatic core.  i was told you be arriving today but did not expect you to get here until later.  Iv not done alot since  iv goten back with my ship the apachie  being destoyed and being assumed KIA for about 3 weeks but i look forward to getting back to work.  


Lynch gives Seleana a look and the smile fads from her face.  in her head the voice of her holographic partner says

Javin: I understand how you feel, but you can't alter the time line

Lynch smiles back to sam

Lynch:  lead on romeo i cant wait

As he is adressed Lamart uppers his head lightly to face the woman talking to him. Smiling lightly, even tho he seems a little bit surprised about having been expected. "Oh yes, I wasn't far from here.", explaining his quick arrival. Infact he had heard rumours about his father having been seen in a closeby system, something he had been investigating before heading to the Fleets station.

"And who do I have the pleasure talking to?", he examines the woman a gentle smile on his lips. He was being friendly, different to others in the room, he wasn't the flirty type, at least not with women.
