All reviews must include Marks made, The task that was completed, team members involved, and the location of the event. All Events must have two or more fleet members involved to be logged here. TASK: Respond to Distress call on Defera

DESCRIPTION: Serenity Fleet is to proceed Defera in response to a distress call. Futher communication with planet has been lost. Borg activity is suspected Proceed with caution.

AFTER ACTION REVIEW:
ATTENDANCE: Colonel Stravik Jensen
Fleet Captain Beta Squad Ryu Kotsu

MISSION: Firefly Fleet assigned to sweep and defend the power plant on Defera in order to route Borg activity in the area

ACTIONS: Stravik and Kotsu successfully sweep floors 1 and 2 and reported back to headquarters.
Furthermore Kotsu and Stravik also engaged and routed the Borg Queen in a space conflict.

RECOMMENDATION: Fleet Citations recommended to participating members of the fleet for their gallant service in the defense of Defera. Forwarded to Admiral Pyriel's office.

TASK: Reinforce Troops engaged in combat on Nukara

DESCRIPTION: Serenity Fleet is to proceed to Earth Space Dock to take on a Battalion of Marines and transport them to the planet Nukara to relief forces that have been engaged for over a month. The station's attached Marine Colonel will see to their readiness prior to them landing on planet.

AFTER ACTION REVIEW:

MISSION: Firefly Fleet assigned to Sweep through the stronghold setup by the Tholians and attempt to determine what projects they are working on.

TASK: Inspect the building of a new food replicator center on New Romulus

DESCRIPTION: Firefly Fleet is to proceed to New Romulus to Oversee the construction of a new Food Replicator Site

AFTER ACTION REVIEW:

Mission: Firefly Fleet dispatched to New Romulus

Actions: Kotsu and Danto arrived at New Romulus to find that members of the Tal Shair have infiltrated the work crew of the site. After neutralizing the Tal Shair members Kotsu and Danto pursue suspected spy in a shuttle craft. Kotsu and Danto successfully disable the shuttlecraft and take the spy into custody.

Recommendation: Kazzur Recommended for Fleet Defense Medal. Kotsu medal recommendation upgraded to Fleet Commendation Medal for continuous gallant service to his fleet Forwarded to Admiral Pyriel's office.

Operation Cold Sweep

TO:Admiral Pyriel Danto, Firefly Fleet, Serenity Station,

TASK: Provide support to troops engaged in combat in the Badlands

DESCRIPTION: Serenity Fleet is to proceed to the Badlands to investigate reports of Terran Empire breaches

AFTER ACTION REVIEW:
Attendence: Talaina Kazzur
Kotsu

Mission: Firefly Fleet dispatched to conduct sweep of Badlands.

Actions: Kazzur engaged alongside Allied fleet in Badlands. Arrival of Terran Empire starbases required reinforcements. Kotsu answered call and arrived in Badlands to render assistance.
Upon defeat of all three starbases, Terran Empire pushed through with a fleet lead by I.S.S. Enterprise. Fleet was ultimately stopped. Badlands secured.
While departing Badlands, Kotsu detected a distress call from Denobula. U.S.S. Revenge and U.S.S. Viper engaged at maximum warp. Small force of Borg cubes were engaged and defeated. Borg Command vessel was engaged and defeated.
Denobula assault revealed to be diversion. With fleet engaged at Denobula, Borg were able to land troops on Defera. U.S.S. Revenge and U.S.S. Viper engaged at maximum warp.
Kotsu and Kazzur entered the Captial city of Defera and secured turret defences, rescued civillians from assimilation and retrieved Cortical nodes from defeated drones. Objectives were completed thanks to Kotsu locating Deferi undergoing assimilation.
Kotsu and Kazzur then performed a sweep of the city, checking buildings for survivors. Only four were located. Survivors were returned to Base Camp safely.
Kotsu and Kazzur were tasked to recover Preserver artifacts from the temple in order to ensure the repository of data was not lost, and to rescue partially assimilated priests before they were lost to the collective. Both objectives were completed. Defera was secured.

Recommendation: Kazzur Recommended for Fleet Defense Medal. Kotsu medal recommendation upgraded to Fleet Commendation Medal for continuous gallant service to his fleet Forwarded to Admiral Pyriel's office.

MISSION: Patrol Unroth and Rator sector to show presence

ACTIONS: Stravik Jensen and Rolana Imzavia Begin patrol. Daise system freed Romulan Scientists held by Klingon's. Hfihar located radiation coming from asteroids, report sent to Starfleet. Unroth engaged renegade Klingon's. Brea engaged Tal-Shair ships. en route to Muso Imzavia locates U.S.S. Bristow believed to be lost.

RECOMMENDATION: Recommendation upgrade to Fleet Merit for Imzavia (Stunshock) and Upgrade to Fleet Achievement Ribbon for Jensen for their gallant efforts Forwarded to Admiral Pyriel's office.

Operation Freighter Rescue

TASK: Report to Fleet Spire for rotational Missions

DESCRIPTION: Firefly Fleet is set for standard rotation in the Dyson Sphere.

AFTER ACTION REVIEW:

ATTENDANCE: Colonel Stravik Jensen
Fleet Captain Ryu Kotsu

MISSION: Provide rotational support to allies located in the Dyson Sphere

ACTIONS: Upon reporting in Jensen and Kotsu assigned to search for the freighter S.S. Fortune which failed to report in. Freighter was located disabled. Kotsu was able to carry out the freighters mission while freighter underwent repairs. Mission assigned to scout out and locate Voth ships believed to be cloaked and spying on efforts in the sphere. Ships located and neutralized. Sensors in minefield malfunctioned and were repaired by Kotsu.

RECOMMENDATIONS: Jensen and Kotsu upgraded to Fleet Achievement Ribbons. Recommendation forwarded to Admiral Pyriel's office.

TASK: Make contact with Starbase 24

DESCRIPTION: Admiral we have lost contact with Starbase 24 and your fleet is the closest. Go to the starbase and find out why they have gone silent.

AFTER ACTION REVIEW:

MISSION: To determine the reason contact was lost with Starbase 24

ACTION: Upon arrival Firefly fleet engaged the Borg who had already set up a fully functional Trans-warp system and were attempting to use it as a beachhead to begin assimilating the Starbase. Firefly Fleet disrupted Borg activity in the area and also engaged a Romulan Dreadnought that was assimilated by the Borg. Contact with Starbase 24 was re-established and Starbase 24 reported slight casualties.

RECOMMENDATIONS: Fleet Admiral Danto upgraded to Fleet Defense Ribbon, Vice Admiral James awarded Fleet Merit, Fleet Captain Kotsu upgraded to Fleet Commendation Medal, Colonel Jensen upgraded to Fleet Commendation Medal.

TASK: Respond to Attack on Deep Space 9

DESCRIPTION: I understand that your fleet is enjoying some R&R right now but I'm afraid they are needed Admiral. Deep Space 9 is currently under attack by Terran Forces. We need you to send all available forces in order to support the defenses there.

AFTER ACTION REVIEW:

ATTENDANCE: Fleet Captain Ellen Hare

Fleet Captain Ryu Kotsu

MISSION: Respond to Attack on Deep Space 9

ACTION: While relaxing on Risa with Captain Ellen Hare, the U.S.S Magpie received a distress call from a colony on a near by planet being attacked by something in orbit. Upon arrival the U.S.S Serenity and Magpie discovered the colony was under attack by the Crystalline entity. Captain Hare volunteered to help evacuate the colony while the U.S.S Serenity joined by a near by task force destroyed the Crystalline Entity. During the evacuation the U.S.S Magpie was hit by an energy pulse from the Crystalline Entity, causing severe damage and crippling Captain Hares' ship. The Entity was soon after destroyed, and the magpie towed to safety with the colonists.
{Please note, Shards of the Entity may have have escaped.}

Captains Ryukotsu and Ellen Hare returned to Risa to be joined by FMC Colonel Jensen Stravik. For much needed shore leave. En-route the U.S.S Regent lead by Colonel Stravik was forced to break course and respond to a Terran invasion of DS9. The U.S.S Serenity rendered assistance as well, along with fleet allies. Captain Hare was forced to stay behind due to the extensive systems damage to the Magpie. The Terran force was repelled.

RECOMMENDATION: Fleet Captain Ellen Hare for Fleet Merit. Both Fleet Captain Kotsu and Colonel Jensen have reached max upgrade to Fleet commendation Medal.
