New Arc System

Ok so who else has been having arc issues with perfect worlds new launcher system? so far i have spent an hr updating drivers and not gotten any where till i read a forums post stating that in order to get the game running you have to take off the full screen in there options menu.

I also found out that when you first launch the client it wont do anything till you close the window and relaunch it. if any one else had these issues this is the fix for them to bypass it.
