Looking for a Vulcan BOff with Nerve Pinch

Anyone know, how likely is a standard Vulcan BOff (say, bought at DS9) to have the Nerve Pinch trait? Does it vary by type - would a Tactical officer be more likely to have it, say? Failing that, can it be added later?

iv never seen that skill but it would be a cool one i think most the skills are not race dependent so i don't know it it exicts but thats nice idea speaical skills only some races can get

Exists all right, according to the STO wiki, but I had a Vulcan engineer BOff candidate with exactly the same skills as my existing engineer, so evidently not all Vulcan BOffs have it. It's a trait rather than an ordinary ability, but functions like an ability.
I know it's available for Vulcan player characters too, because I made a Vulcan character first of all but she got a bit boring.

I believe the boffs available in the shop are fixed, so they're not going to have any different traits next time you look at them. It's a trait, and they're determined randomly, so the chances of finding it are probably going to be 1 out of however many traits are available to vulcans.

Are you looking for something in particular? Or do you just want a boff with it? I've got an engineer and a science boff with nerve pinch, both purples. If you want one let me know. If you're looking for a specific gender/career/whatever let me know what you're looking for specifically and I'll keep my eye open.

Am after female Tactical, or failing that female Science (got more Engineers than I know what to do with).

It's no problem. I do those evaluate a boff assignments whenever they come up, and save anyone with unique abilities. So I've got a ton of bridge officers that I've mailed to myself sitting around...
