I have a Bone that needs picking!

Now that I have caught some eyes.... I am a DJ on Subspace Radio, that is rather well known now. What was NOT well known was that DJ Buzz passed away recently. The Station is holding a memorial day for him Today. That includes Buzz's very first show. That is where I heard him say on air, that he was a part of this fleet. His show is playing as I am typing.

If you don't get there in time to hear the show then you can catch it on the rewind. Follow the "Radio" drop down tab to "Rewind", then look for Buzz. He will only be on the list once.
I know that I am not very active on either the forums or in game much due to real life events. However I do take my position with SSR very seriously, and I know that it is also unreasonable to expect anyone to have foreseen this eventuality. I can not help but thinking that someone in the fleet knew him and knew of his passing as well as his association with SSR.
I guess I am more "Hurt"(for the lack of better words) that we do not even have old screen shots or a Memorial Thread that I have seen here. Granted I try not to dig to deeply, but at the same time I have looked for references to; subspace-radio, subspace radio, SSR, etc. Nothing at all, and I know I have said something in at least one post before.
I have been dealing with the emotional fall out of his passing for the past week and a half here at the radio station. I even had another DJ break down in a private voice chat over the matter. So forgive me if this comes across as 'testy', it is not intended to be so. It is my own personal fall out over it all.

Here is the end of a Great Life and he will be Sorely missed both at the Radio Station, and By the Fleet.

I appologize I have been with this fleet a long time I did not know DJ Buzz. Is that the name he used when he was a member of this fleet? I ran a member search for a "Buzz" or even a "DJ Buzz" and nothing.
Its always hard to loose a freind. In R/L as a soilder I put plenty of young men whom had not even hit thier twenty-first birthday in the ground. And later when I used to salavge sunken boats we lost some dear freinds, and weren't even able to recover thier bodies. Those were the hardest, I can remeber looking into thier wives, childrens, parents faces and telling them thier loved one was gone. And there wasen't even anything to bury.
So agian I appologize for the passing of your freind, and fellow DJ. I listened to one of his rewinds, he sounded like a fun guy and I wish I could have known him.

I'm sorry to hear about his lost i did not know him either or know he was part of this fleet but I'm sure her will be missed

My condolences on the passing of DJ Buzz and my sympathies to you Twigg. I never knew DJ Buzz but I do vaguely recall seeing the name in the past.

I really have no idea what name he went by in the fleet. I do know that during his First show that was re-aired just the other night he announced his association with the fleet. I do know that a lot of the DJ's have "DJ Toons" and Normal Toons, so it is entirely possible that the DJ Buzz character was one that he made just for his radio shows...

When you hear the voice of a dead man call out to the organization that you are part of; it was just the straw that broke it for me. He left both the Radio station and the game for several months due to medical issues.

You guys are some of the best that I have met through a game, and I am sorry for the "explosion" in the OP. None of you deserve me going off like that.

Condolences on the loss of DJ Buzz. Here at home we say that the person has "logged off" as we believe that is truly all that death is... logging out of one reality and into another. But whatever your beliefs it's never easy saying goodbye to a friend... eve if it's only temporary.

And no need for apologies. I don't know about anyone else but I didn't see anything in your original post that could have been called anything worse than slightly prickly ... and the circumstances more than warrant it... --,-'@
