    Tac team 1, Beam Overload 2, Attack Pattern Beta 2, Rapid Fire 3, Torp Spread 1, Target shields subsystems 2, High Yield 3, Attack Pattern Beta 3, Fire on my Mark 3....... And I always try to burn a Weapons Battery Smile

    I must be blind as I've maxed out my cannon training yet I still cannot teach my BO's Rapid Fire 3, what am I missing?

    Make sure that the BO in question is promoted to the highest you can promote him to.
