Interstellar Criminal Database powered by Synergy Fleet

This
is a multi fleet list of individuals who have caused major issues, or
stolen from the fleet. People are added by fleet leader request, and
updated as new criminals are found. Any fleet needing to add to this
list should contact badhabits@gmail. The list itself can be found at
http://www.criminaldatabase.thesynergyfleet.com/

In the interest
of interstellar diplomacy we at Synergy would like to share our
information on people who are stealing from fleets and or causing major
issues within fleets. Anyone may use the information we have gathered
from other fleets and diplomatic ties to keep their own fleet clear of
these criminals.

So the fleet leaders will be held primarily
responsible for submitting names on the Interstellar Criminal Database
, you are only able to submit names if you give the following
information

The criminals @Name
A Description of the persons crimes against your fleet
Your Fleet Name
Your @Name
Position in fleet(pre agreed upon)
Date this happened on


Also
any Fleet leader who participates in this endeavor by adding your own
criminals to the list will be asked to put the Interstellar Criminal
Database on their website or at least somewhere that they do take part
in it. This will promote in your fleet that you are taking every
available action to keep criminals out of your fleet. Fleet Leaders
will be held accountable for posting names on the ICD. Only a Fleet
Leader may send a name to my email address so I can confirm it is the
fleet leader who sent it. Leaders are required to have proof backing
their claim of a person that they added on the list being a criminal.
This includes ,but is not limited too fleet security documentation,
screen shots, witnesses and of course in game fleet logs. So Fleet
Leaders can make a solid front against these thieves and fleet
saboteurs we will need to make sure not to allow these criminals the
opportunity to have access to our fleets as a union.

If any
Criminal would like their name removed from the list they may setup a
trial with 5 Fleet Leaders and or peers that they agree upon being in
judgment over them. The Trial will be deviance shown testimony from
witnesses and the criminal giving his side of the story with his own
deviance. After that the 5 leaders will connive and vote on his
innocence or guilt.

If you agree to this document you will
have to right to add onto the ICD, your own banner linking to your
fleets website on the ICD website and the right to sit on the council
as one of the 5 Fleet Leaders in trials.

Ok to start. Addressing former questions.

Baumer - If you would like to add your thief contact badhabitz at the email provided above. Explain briefly (hell cut paste what you stated in other thread) what happened and we will get him on the list. From this point on we request you get a screen shot of activity, in case the person in question tries to object. That way you got evidence.

Riis - As for people being put on that aren't supposed to be on the list. 2 major things prevent this. First we prefer the Fleet leader to contact badhabitz, our fleet leader. We will take a person who has been authorized, but that requires communication from the fleet leader first. So for instance Baumer comes to our forums, or PMs me here with his email. That way Bad knows the emails from you are legit. Likewise Baumer could PM me saying security head _____ with _____@gmail.com will be reporting.

Also anyone can petition for removal. Evidence will be reviewed by a tribunal of fleets to see if there is evidence, or not. Then a judgment will be made.

I should be posting info on this soon, and bad has to get with me, or Kirvot about it. I'll try to keep you guys updated.

I can totally understand where your coming from
man and that’s why I created the ICD. The actual proposal is attached, I need
proof you’re a Fleet Leader, A Screen Shot of your guild page in game with your
name as Fleet Leader (You can erase or black out everything
but the Guild Name ,your name and the rank designating you’re the
leader.) also the address to your fleet website if you have one. This
is just for verification. If you wish to accept the attached proposal just send
back an email with it pasted in there saying you sign it and a Logo Of your
fleet so I can add it to the ICD Supporting Fleet Banner List. The Banner can be
800px × 127px also where you would like this banner to link to, your website
ect. Thanks for writing back and supporting this Idea, I'm sure together we can
make a better community for all.

Well, I like the idea and the concept. I will definitely get my stuff together here in the next few days and see what I can get done. I'm a bit swamped at the moment, but as I get time I will definitely be taking part in this.

Thanks for what you guys are working on here. As Cryptic hasn't done anything to put our own personal bank thief on ice, this may just be another way we can help another fleet steer clear of trouble.

Yes it does, but please tell your "Freind" that another "Freind" made sure that what is being know as the "Risa beach blanket <censored>" has been removed from records.

Hello Firefly fleet I am the Synergy lead Diplomat which we jsut opened as a division in the fleet for handleing the ICD.I have been talking to Mark who works close with us and is a good friend of mine since the start he has talked very highly of yall and has asked me to get with yall as for diplomatic conversations and help with any info you may need on the ICD and adding anyone. Please contact me for any questions and info you may need.Oh before I leave here for now there has been alot of fleet members that has grouped with a few of your fleet members that have spoken highly of your fleet which is not something that is done often in Synergy.We dont normaly deal much with other fleets besides the ICD with that I would say that I am honored to be able to process any talks yall may want to do .

Good to meet you Korvot. Thanks for the warm greetings and kind words. I will definitely be in contact with you, as we do have a person that we need to add. I've sent out a warning to all of our allied fleets soon after the incident happened, but this gives a much wider possibility for all fleets. I like it.

Hello Kirvot, and welcome to the Station! Nice to meet you. At this point, how many fleets do you have under the ICD? Also, I'd like to thank you for your kind words about our members! I like to hear how they interact with people outside the fleet. Also, we're glad to have you as liaison between our fleets, it honors us to have a dedicated member of another fleet spend his/her time with us in Diplomacy. Thank you, and welcome!

There has been a need for this kind of list for quite some time, the official STO forums delete posts about members such as these and reprimand the people that post them.
