yea i belive i have is it vertical sync by any chance? and one of my main issues hear is my graphics card has corrupted memery in it so if i get to a certain load in graphics my computer goes "f u" and goes to blue screen lol so i preaty much have to play with little to no graphics on sto or ill crash to blue screen. and i can say for very low setings sto has still some preaty decent graphics.
