Another form of communication

I know it's like herding cats to set up events, but that may be just a matter of convenience/communication. What if we set up an easy way for everyone to talk/chat for ingame stuff only?

Like discord or a group chat on facebook?

I think this would make teaming up a ton easier for everyone. Just post a message everyone sees saying "hey I want to do this" and anyone interested already sees it instead of having to come to the website.

Also, I'm willing to set it up if needs be, I just need to know what the interest in it would be.


Thoughts?

the fleet has had several at different times. Not all of us use social media. The problem I think is a bit more endemic of players at different time and busy personal lives.
