Many battles have been fought and lost due to the immense power of the Voth Fortress Ship, and many have sacrificed their lives and ships to get us to this point.
Now the Voth Fortress is vulnerable. It's time to attack.
Our plan is death by a thousand cuts. We'll disrupt the Fortress's integrity field by destroying multiple nodes across the hull. Once that's complete, we'll be able to breach the hull and attack from the inside.
Your task is to get inside and destroy its main power source. This won’t destroy the ship, but it will take it out of the fight, allowing us to exert further control on the Dyson Sphere and the Omega Particles found there.
“The Breach” is a new five-captain, 25-30 minute event that is available from the queue at any time and can be played by multi-faction teams. The event is designed for teams of level 50 characters, and has both Normal and Elite Difficulties.
Players will attack the Voth Fortress Ship. First they will attack Integrity Nodes located around the hull. Along the way to these nodes, players can also destroy hard points to further increase the progress of the assault on the Voth Fortress Ship.
Once enough damage has been done to the Voth Fortress Ship players will be able to blow a hole in the side of the ship allowing them to enter it.

When the players are inside they will face Voth ships and automated defense systems that will try to keep the players from destroying the main power source.
This event rewards Dyson Sphere Marks or Fleet Marks, with bonuses for saving captured ships and escaping the Fortress Ship at the end.If it’s the first Dyson Sphere-themed event you’ve completed for the day, you will also be rewarded with a Commendation that can be used to start the large Dyson Joint Command Reputation project.
