I have a PDF map of the route I have worked out for the tour here -> STO Tour Map
Basically follow the arrows through the sectors.
When you enter the sectors with the green dots you will change map instances which will transport you to the sector with the red dot in the same block.
The Kassae Instance zone in will drop you at the warp point for Risa, which is very convenient.
Pi Canis and some of the other blocks have instance zone in points that I have not included because they only sporadically have multiple instances and relying on them can cost a lot of time in the tour.
I also am not using the Trans Warp to SB39, DS9 etc. because of Trans Warp cool down issues (I have a purple astrometric officer assigned).
I can run 12 minute laps with this route. If anyone has any improvements or faster routes, let me know.
