    Not sure what I like best about the Romulans, their Cloaking Device or that fact their ale is blue.

    Theres a lot to like about the Romulans our Cloaking Device is the best
    that is why when the Federation wanted a Cloak for the Defiant they
    ask the Romulans for one and not the Klingons.

    Well they also know that the Romulans are the ones that are continually developing that tech. The Klingons just slap it on the ship and call it good enough.
