It's a guide, primarily for pvp but also covers some pve, to making cookie cutter builds and setting up your ship. It's targeted towards beginners and clueless people so they can "stop being a liability."
Basically it walks you through setting up your ship, boffs, bars, binds, ect for something that's both simple and effective, so in turn YOU can be effective while you hopefully learn more advanced skills and concepts of flying your ship(s).
I don't necessarily agree with everything in the guide, but it's definitely worth a read through. Especially if you're new or not very knowledgeable about such things.
