General Biography:


April 19, 2309: Qugie was Born to the parents of T'Sung (Vulcan) and Ashley Bulala (Betazoid) both Star Fleet Officers.

Qugie: Grew up on Earth as a Vulcan but with Betazoid telepath powers. Qugie was very strong with his Gift and could Scan anyone close to him without touching them and without
they knowledge. Always knowing what people were thinking growing up he pretty much kept to him self and never made friends with anyone yet he cared about Life and would always
defend it at all cost. Despite being 1/2 Vulcan and accepting the Logic thinking of Vulcan's, however he did not suppress his feelings but he did keep to himself.

2327: Qugie joins Star Fleet Academy

2329: Qugie becomes a Starfleet cadet also Showing Outstanding knowledge in Computers

2332: Qugie is promoted to Ensign and assign to Star Base 369 as it's Computer Engineer and runabout pilot

2333: With outstanding performance Qugie is promoted to Lieutenant JG and Assistant Chief Engineer of Star Base 369

2337: Star Base 369 Is Destroyed by a Unknown Alien Race however not before Qugie along with 13 other Star Fleet Officers escape in a Runabout which was only design to seat 8.
Qugie was Given a Commendation for saving lives... one of them was Yawara Inokuma. Qugie was then Temporary Stationed at Star Fleet Academy as a Computer Tech & Shuttle Pilot

2340: promoted to Lieutenant, Qugie was Assign to USS Cumberland (Old Constitution Refit Class) as Chief Engineer

2357: At Captain Yawara Inokuma request Qugie was Assign to the U.S.S Galaxy as Chief Engineer and given the rank of Lt. Commander

2362: Susan Core is Assign to the U.S.S. Galaxy. of course she runs into Qugie who of course scans her. Despite his power to read anyone he found his skills somewhat uncontrollable when trying to read Susan. Qugie Like the fact he meet someone he could not read. Susan becomes Qugie first true Friend.

2365: Not wanting to Leave the U.S.S. Galaxy he could not let his feeling get in the way of his career. Qugie is Assign to the U.S.S. Hercules. Qugie was also given the Rank of
Commander.


2367: Wolf 359 was the location of the first major engagement between the Federation and the Borg. The battle was a disaster for Starfleet with 39 of the 40 starships sent to stop
the Borg cube destroyed and 11,000 personnel killed. Qugie was assign to the still at the time Hercules which was destroyed but not before Qugie escape in a pod. The Pod was later
found by Susan J. Core. Qugie Was badly Injured and was sign off by Star base 329 Medical Officer as Dead. Susan Refused to accept that and took a Runabout and Qugie's Body and
took off with out Star fleet consent to Qugie's Home World. The Vulcan's were able to save him but his Body was in bad shape. Susan still determined again took Qugie with her to
Unity One Star base, a space station at the edge of the Romulan Neutral Zone. a Medical Officer doing some Classified Research was station there and was a good friend of Susan.
Susan Return to star Fleet and no charges were submitted. Core then joined the crew of the recently commissioned USS Bonestell. Qugie was left at Unity One Star base.



2377: After MIA for 10 Years Qugie return to Star Fleet. Qugie appear to be in excellent shape however he has no memory of what happen after Wolf 359 or the last 10 years. And

Susan's Friend that was at Unity One Star base could not be found for questioning. Core being the Only Person with some link to his missing past is now his only Friend.

2379: Qugie was Promoted to Commander and was assign to The U.S.S. Titan as Captain William T. Riker 1st officer

2384: Recommended by Captain William T. Riker Qugie's was Given his own Ship by Star Fleet for his Personal Research a Refit Runabout Ship name Lineage II

2385: Qugie Joins Serenity Station

I was only a youngster when my family an i were aboard voyager when she went missing, i soon found myself confronted by decisions where i choose to help out as much as possible, seeing my efforts cpt. janeway gave me a temp status of understudy to chief tactical officer Lt. Commander Tuvok. I then made a strange yet insightfull bond with him and began to learn and pick up everything. During the last efforts to get home i was proudly asked by tuvok an the cpt to held with the ship modifications ie. ensuring the new ablative hull armor and weapon upgrades all worked.
Once back home i did not enlist in starfleet right away as i joined Military Assault Command Operations or MACOs for short. after graduatitng with honors I then officially enlisted in starfleet where i excelled in tactical and whan graduated top of my class soon found lots of offer for star ships which i turned down. i waited an waited untill one day i was offer the role as commander aboard the uss titan which soon turned into the role as captain as my previous cpt died from a dangerous rescue mission(details of i cant say). but seeing my leadership starfleet offered me to stay cp and carry on with the TITANs missions which i gratefully accepted.

Born and raised on one of Cait's moons, Rea, Laphiel had spend her time around officers and sciencists living in the moonbase. Early enlisted to academy, finished it with good, but not exceptionakl grades, however with ease both in science and communication divisions. Her ambition however always was command. Her first post was on the same base a she grown, as a junior communication staff member, than moved to USS Yang Wenli, when she was to serve as science officer. However, soon after she came onboard, ship was ambushed by romulan patrol and severelydamaged. During the combat the tactical officer was killed, and she was ordered to substitute for him. The captain liked her performance, and stayed on that position for 6 months, after which she did aditional 6 months courses as tactical/command officer. Assigned to command old Miranda class USS Rodger Young, served in Romulan border zone patrol force, until called back to command brand new Norway class ship. On the Rodger Young she took part in several skirmishes with romulan forces. During the test run of USS Nausicaa she recived emergency distress signal from one of asteroid bases in sector. ordered to asist with evacuation, they topok the outpost crew onboard and were ordered to head for nearby Serenity Station to drop the survivors and finish test runs. The ship is in good condion, but offensive systems are offline and untested.

"I can't say that I'm all that particularly fond of the Admiralty, but if Starfleet Command has assigned you to Serenity, I'll try not to hold your rank against you. Chances are we probably have a little more in common with each other than those datapad pushers back on Earth."

Wulfhramn slowly leans back into his chair, clasping his hands behind his head.

"The admiralty may have sent me here, but judging from what I've read about Serenity and the Firefly Fleet, I like what I see. Rabble Rousers, Scoundrels, Scalawags, and by God, even a few upstanding starfleet officers.

I've seen Dr. Amy Weaver's recruitment holos, and I'm letting you know - though starfleet has suggested that I transfer here, I am officially requesting a transfer myself, to hell with the Admiralty. You seem like fine folks, a people that I look forward to getting to know, if you'll have me.

I may not be Captain Proton, but I'm a damned good Captain, and the crew of the Bonnie Dundee are some of the best that Starfleet has to offer. I'm loyal to my friends, and according to my insurance agent, have an unhealthy habit of risking my life for them when needed.

I reckon that if you're interested in my services, you'll let me know. Speaking for myself, it'd be a pleasure and an honour to serve with Serenity. After all, you've made a name for yourselves, and to the average grunt in the fleet, you're all Big Damn Heroes."

Wulfhramns sits up in his chair, and dons an 11th century Celtic helm before standing up.

"Now if you'll excuse me, the Battle of Clontarf awaits in the Holosuite."

With a salute, Wulfhramn turns around, grabs a sword off the wall behind him, and strides out of his ready room. The viewscreen goes dark.
