No, it's binary code. 101010 = (1 * 2^5) + (0 * 2^4) + (1 * 2^3) + (0 * 2^2) + (1 * 2^1) + (0 * 2^0) = 42

Ahhhh, my bad, I just thought they were three tens... Now that I've read the articles..... Where did you get the math? I did a little binary math a while back, but never practiced it, so I totally forgot how to add the columns and rows and stuff....

I'm currently studying programming so I have a little knowledge of the bit process... one day I may have a much deeper understanding for when the robot Apocalypse happens. Essentially you start at the end of the binary sequence, that one or zero is multiplied by two to the zero power and for every bit forward you increase the power two is multiplied by. Easy peasy, simple as lying.
