Leave of Absence Protocol



A. If you have something coming up in Real Life that requires you to leave us for a while, please leave a note in the forum explaining that you are going to be away and when you think you are coming back. Otherwise, we will worry about you and hope you are alright or fear the worst or something like that.


B. When you return, you will resume your previous ranking and posting.

C. Activity is important, so for Long Leaves of Absences, (Longer than 3 weeks) we will remove you from active status and put your name on the "Risa List"

D. Any player on the "Leave of Absence (Risa List)” will have their post filled by someone else until their return or permanently if the player does not return.

E. If the player on LOA does not check back in within 2 weeks of their suggested return date to update us or to extend the leave, the player filling in the position will be promoted and take over the primary of that role.

F. If you are ever replaced due to inactivity, you will not be kicked from the fleet. If and when you return, we will simply re-assign you somewhere, so no worries :D

G. (when game comes out, however,) Members inactive longer than 3 months without letting us know why will be kicked. If kicked members come back after they are kicked they can re-apply to join the fleet and will maintain their previous rank if they left in good standing.
