Macross or the us version Robotech was the first for me. It still sits high on my list but right now i hate to admit it but Naruto is high up there onmy list of anime . I DL it every fri . Oh and i have a huge collection of anime like 200 anime i have collected over the years. I think i'm part of the Giant robot generation lol so I love me robot on robot action........wait that sounded dirty.

ick i english subbed is usualy what i buy but i like dubbed when it is done well. Alot of people I know say it's like reading a book but once you watch enough you don't even notice it anymore.

Without troubling my favorite anime is:
Trinity Blood - A story of a destroyed world being rebuilt. Mekulash, or vampires, have an Empire, and a holy war is fought between the Vatican and the vampires. *Hint* What makes this story so special? *Hint* If men get blood from pigs, and vampires from humans, who are feeding on vampires? Action anime with emotions!

Gundam ((Seed, -Destiny)) - War between humans and coordinators are fought. Coordinators are genetic altered humans and have built thier own colonies in space, as on earth, they are trying to get along with the humans. A story about action, drama and love.

Code Geass - Lelouch is a noble Britain. He goes to school in area 11, former Japan. Britain is an Empire on the rise, they are conquering more and more countries. Lelouch gets involved in a terrorist attack, in which the britanian army responds to. As Lelouch gets confused with 'Elevens', he discover a power of such might god him/herself would fear for his/her might. No one have ever beaten him in chess, is his stradegics flawless?

Hellsing - Vampires are spreading throughout England, as a response to this, the weak brittish police turns to the Hellsing organization. The ace of Hellsing, what is he? He keep standing no matter what....

Eureka Seven - A story about a young boy, Renton Thurston. His boring life will turn around as he discovers the largest secret in Earth history, a secret dormant but soon about to awake. Not only that, he will also discover the most beautiful thing in the world, love.

Soul Eater - Meisters and weapons. At the univeristy of Shibusen students get to learn how to fight demons. Demons feed on the soul of humans. You get to follow Maka, Soul, Black Star and Death Kidd in an adventure but action packed anime!

Ergo Proxy - Within a dome humans survive after a doomsday, when nuclear war devestated the earth. The life seems perfect, almost too perfect, fit perfectly in place, or does it? What are they? Proxies. Are they god? Follow the journey of Real Mayor, a girl discovering the truth. Is it best to know nothing? An anime that will make you think. It contains actions and romance!

Ef - Tale of melodies. A love story about a young boy meeting a girl. After a car incident the girl got trapped by her own mind. Every night she forgets what she have been experiencing a few hours earlier. Meet busy manga the boy, determined to give the girl some freedom. Drama, Romance

Heroic Age - The universe consists of 3 Tribes. The Bronze, the Silver and the Golden Tribe. The golden tribe were the first to go into space. They then helped the Silver and Bronze tribe. Suddenly the golden tribe leaves the universe for another, and by doing that leaving the silver tribe speechless. Humans, known as the Iron tribe gets into space by themselves. The Silver tribe thinks thats why the golden tribe left them, and thanks to that wages war against the humans. Adventure, Action and some drama!

I know I left a lot off but this list would be extremely long. Funny enough, most of my favorites are actually shoujo series. Second favorite are Harem, then Mecha. I've seen so much since I'm part of an anime club. (Heck I was the librarian for it while in college!)

Only anime I ever really got into was Outlaw Star.
